Lawyer Cinzia Calabrese (counselor of Order of Lawyers Milan and President of AIAF), professor Marilisa D’Amico (full professor of Constitutional Law, University of Milan), Doct. Ilio Manucci Pacini (president of the third penal section of the Courthouse of Milan), professor Francesco Viganò (Constitutional Court Judge) will discuss the book. Donatella Stasio (journalist, communications director of the Constitutional Court) will coordinate the discussion.
The book narrates in three chapters the story of the role played by the Constitutional Court and the judiciary authority in Italian legal order and the evolution in time of their relationships.
Jurists to be ( students and Ph.D.), lawyers, magistrates, university professors, and all those interested in getting to know more about a part of the history of Italian institutions that isn’t well known.
