Hack Heritage: your neighborhood, a museum without walls

The University Library and the Department of Informatics, System and Communication (DISCo) organize the seventh edition of Bibliohackday, on Thursday, 29th September, from 9 a.m. to 9 p. m. , in the Central Library (Piazza dell'Ateneo Nuovo, 1 - 20126 Milan; Building U6, second floor).

Bibliohackday is a team competition, open to everyone who’s interested in creating new web and mobile services; it’s not necessary to be a programmer, we are looking for creative people and out-of-the-box ideas, not only for code.

This year’s theme is the diffused museum: we want to discover and enhance the legacy of our own neighborhood, and maybe to create a map of the nearby cultural heritage.

The best ideas will be awarded gift vouchers.

Then there will be refreshments and award ceremony.
