Data on instrumental and documental holdings, in general and divided by seat, are organized in schedules and updated every year, along with gathering of statistical data.

Information and data on special funds and donations are grouped by subject area (origins and history of the fund, bio-bibliographic profile of the person to whom the fund is entitled, which documents belong to the fund and how to consult them).
